The Green Star is an internationally recognised rating system awarded by the Green Building Council Of Australia. Buildings are awarded 1-6 green stars based on their environmental and green practices. Solar energy is one of the best ways to improve your green star rating. Tenants are much more attracted to green buildings because they are so much cheaper for tenants to operate with green buildings using on average 66% less electricity. Reduced operating costs are much more attractive for both commercial and residential tenants.

Dexus Property Installed a 99KW system on the roof of a premium warehouse/industrial property and a 161KW system at Sydney's North Shore Health Hub which will help their tenants to save all together approximately $50,000 per year.
